Kristen Daniel you and everyone else on this post should reconsider Dave Foster 's post...that information is Gold and is excellent for asset protection/ tax benefits. A master entity that owns LLC's and holds its cash cannot be subject to a lawsuit.

Will Schryver there is a way to put your estate into an LLC as long as you use a "Land Trust". You would have to purchase under your name 1st in your example. Speak to an attorney for more info!

I hear taxes all over this place. Be prepared and seek professional advice.
Speak to a real estate attorney and a syndication attorney for your ideas and he should point you in the right direction and maybe even invest in you! Meetup groups too! #Networking

She's behind now...what makes you think you won't have the same issue again? I'd start fresh and advertise for new tenants.
I take screen shots from my phone and have a separate photo album for them. Gonna have to checkout the app "Pocket" now
What a pain... yeah I hate seeing a useless dish sticking from my roof.. I've called Dish Network to come and take it off but apparently, when I purchased the house, I also inherited the Dish. Did I mention I hate the stupid thing? I'd get the dish removed ASAP and placed on a pole as mentioned or clamped; respectfully.

Darren Landerway happy belated Veterans Day! I too am a veteran and a novice at this to but I'm curious how you financed your first multi-family? Also, my understanding is that VA does not allow you to fund an investment property unless it is your Primary Residence. This is why I'm thinking your gonna have to get a another Conventional Mortgage and prepare to pay 20-25%... finding accredited investors is the best option as well as linking up with your local REI Group. May want to checkout RE groups in the MEETUP app... whether right or wrong I have this information overload and I'm stuck at finding Investors and going to them MeetUp meetings... But I am aware of the massive potential in real estate! 🇺🇸

Isaac King take your time ESPECIALLY if this is your first deal. I feel like your rushing into this deal. I recommend you walk-through with your inspector and since your paying him, ask him questions about everything!! That's what I did and he was happy I did, I learn so much

Wholesalers don't require a license. And Realtor fees are separate. As for the REI, check under the MEETUP app
