@Julio Solano I Rehabbed & bought already 2 properties in   Tijuana and am familiar with the process. Please feel free to reach me out.

They are building/selling condos now which I would jump in into their early stage (even before they are built) to get a better deal.

If you already did please tell us how it went!

Hi Alfonso,

I would love ask more regarding the process and your experience buying in Baja? Let me know if that is possible and if so what would be the best way to communicate. I truly appreciate it.

thank you
sarai

Absolutely, send me a message and would be glad to answer your questions.

I had the same problem and I solved it by doing the following:
1. Registered the numbers under my company's name
2. Bought 1 number for every 100 daily calls
3. Monitor daily for flagged spam calls/hygiene.
4. Warm-up numbers before your daily calls.

I do about 5000 calls every week and the above has worked for me.

Hope it helps!

The most effective one is the one you focus on the most. Pick one and stay consistent.
Keep it up!

@Alfonso Aramburo Zepeda I agree. the credit piece was weird. It was also odd that he didn't have a portfolio or anything really to show just a discord chat. Anyways, I hope you find a credible hard money lender.

I joined the discord & facebook page too. it doesn’t look like trustworthy at all.
thanks!

 Hi Alfonso -

Just curious, have you found any better options for hard money lenders?

Thanks

Yes! I've been networking a lot and have met face to face some HML's that are currently working with other Investors I know. I'd be more than happy to introduce you to them!
