Using VA's will help for the most part, but it will cost you some money. I know a guy who has his wholesale business automated. He received deals already pre-analyzed, he basically looks at it, approves it, and his team takes care of the rest.
It is possible to automate it, but it takes time, knowledge, and investing in the right people & systems. @Michael Ciambra

The most important thing to do is put those deals under contract, once you have it, the rest will flow.

@Brandon VaughanWhat has worked for me is searching for public listings, every county has public records you can pull by going to the clerk's recording office, or online.
