Lately I have been running into leads that are just a 1 acre lot and there looking to sell it. If there is anyone who is interested in investing in land and knows the ins and outs of it for the DFW metroplex let me know and we can work a deal where I will send you some leads when I do receive them and we can split them from there.

Hey everyone! @Kathy Armstrong and I have decided to have this next meet up as a social hour. It will be just like the very first meet up we had, It will be at CHAMPS BAR&GRILL in Las Colinas TX, 855 West John W. Carpenter Frwy, Las Colinas, TX ?.

It will be on Thursday December 5th at 7:00 pm! Come hungry or thirsty! All we ask is you purchase either a meal or just a drink.

Thanks everyone for your support and following the meet ups! We look forward to seeing new faces and also old ones! The SOCIAL meet ups are always VERY FUN because everyone can talk and socialize for the entire time and have a few drinks or *Liquid Courage*!

I have a lead that has come in and she is very motivated to sell her house , the problem is I cannot determine ARV for her area.. Was hoping there is someone who is familiar with the Livingston Texas or Huntsville Tx or even north Houston area to help determine this.

Shes very motivated and distressed, needs help selling. I don't mind splitting the deal.

I have recently acquired a good lead from one of my ads. The problem I have at this time is that it is in an area I have no experience with. It is a Mobile home doublewide and he owns the lot it sits on. It is not in a Mobile park either.

He has a lot of motivation and is distressed. Is there anyone with experience in the WEATHERFORD area with Mobile Homes? I am willing to work out a deal. Send me a PM
