Lead - need help

I have recently acquired a good lead from one of my ads. The problem I have at this time is that it is in an area I have no experience with. It is a Mobile home doublewide and he owns the lot it sits on. It is not in a Mobile park either.

He has a lot of motivation and is distressed. Is there anyone with experience in the WEATHERFORD area with Mobile Homes? I am willing to work out a deal. Send me a PM
