Do you have any RE license holding companies in TX that provide you to get MLS access?

@Aaron Yates & @Rob K. , I would be open to either lunch or dinner-time meetup. At the last meeting I got there after 10pm, but the group still had a good time until they kick us out (closer to midnight).

@Christopher Dittemore, are you trying to wholesale SFH or MFH, and in which area? Unless you have a huge marketing budget, I would keep your farm area within one or two two smaller areas (cities) rather than the whole Metro-Detroit area.

Depending on the numbers, Royal Oak would be a good place to start if you know any investors that specialize in demolishing old building to construct a new building (I think @Tom A. is working on such a project at the moment).

By the way, in which neighborhood is the Detroit apt., and what are their operating expenses?
