@Marques Barton

Welcome to BP, as @Brett Russell noted, we have a large group of Michigan investors here on BP. Check out some of the local real estate investor meetings (Renegade Detroit, Michigan Real Estate Investors, or REIA of Oakland), or look for the BP meetup next year (last meetup). There are a lot of helpful and friendly people networking.

Do you have any RE license holding companies in TX that provide you to get MLS access?

@Tradd Bastian I'll PM you.

@Aaron Yates & @Rob K. , I would be open to either lunch or dinner-time meetup. At the last meeting I got there after 10pm, but the group still had a good time until they kick us out (closer to midnight).

@Christopher Dittemore, are you trying to wholesale SFH or MFH, and in which area? Unless you have a huge marketing budget, I would keep your farm area within one or two two smaller areas (cities) rather than the whole Metro-Detroit area.

Depending on the numbers, Royal Oak would be a good place to start if you know any investors that specialize in demolishing old building to construct a new building (I think @Tom A. is working on such a project at the moment).

By the way, in which neighborhood is the Detroit apt., and what are their operating expenses?

Edit: I just realized that you offered RE agents an option to sign up for leads....

@David Turner , may I ask how the project is progressing?

@George P. CC is still in business even though the actual business and property is for sale ...

@Rob K. where do you train (Krav Maga)? I was active when I was living on the other side of the pond and are looking for a good place to start again.
