Also, HAP is being renewed each November. Make sure that the it would pass inspection/ could stay in the program, maybe the owner knows more than you?

@Matthew Petrovski , was about to ask for the same input. For me online would work best, but if you are OK with in-class training, the Real Estate One Academy is offering a Groupon for its class. Does anyone have any experience with them?
