Working on 100+ off market unit deal in Va.  If interested in partnering please leave your email, the state that you are in and what you can contribute (i.e. expertise, funding etc..)

Anytime there is a property that I would like to be sold quickly and off market, I send directly to the cash buyers (investors) and they are more responsive than a typical buyer when it comes to multifamily or homes that will be wholesaled.
