TWO FAMILY DUPLEX HOME!


LOWER HAS 3 BEDROOMS (Occupied $650 and recently renovated in July 2018) AND UPPER HAS 2 (Unoccupied $550). BOTH UNITS HAVE A WALK-IN PANTRY AND SPACIOUS SUN-LIT EAT-IN KITCHEN. LOWER UNIT HAS A FRONT PORCH AND UPPER HAS 2 BALCONIES. BASEMENT HAS WASHER DRYER HOOK-UPS. BOTH UNITS HAVE SEPARATE FURNACES AND WATER HEATERS. ELECTRIC UPDATED IN 2013

Lower unit has new kitchen sink, new carpet in bedroom and new laminate flooring in living room. Master bedroom has private access to bathroom.



The property also features a paved 2 car parking slab in rear of home off of alley-way. Attic and basement make for plenty storage space.

MISREPRESENTATION!!! Sir, you don't know me so please STOP IT! I have the inspection report so that people can make their own judgment on if the home is good for them or not! Stop trolling on everyone's page and put your focus on your own investments.

Everyone has their budget how dare you look down on people who invest in this price range and in this community?  When the roof is fixed I will keep it and update each unit between tenants.  Today this is my budget please KEEP OFF if you have nothing constructive to add!!!

First of all you are a trolling because you have done this on other posts but that is ok.  Because if you are not "Trolling" you wouldn't even take the time to post on a home that you have no interest in.  This home is livable, section 8 is upstairs and has passed inspection year after year.

I own this home OUT RIGHT not a wholesaler.  I am fixing up this home little by little.  I will no longer sell this home as soon as I get the other part of the roof fixed, trying to avoid fixing the whole roof.  This is an area that you don't invest another 30k in, this is a modest community.

I suggest no longer commenting if you have no interest.

GETTING THE WORSE PART OF THE ROOF FIXED NOW, SHOULD BE COMPLETE BY NEXT WEEK.  BECAUSE OF THIS I AM INCREASING THE SALE AMOUNT TO 45K.

A small portion of the roof is new, the rest of the roof need to be replaced however, a portion can be repaired now that has the potential to leak and the rest can be repaired later.

I suggest just replacing the whole roof that is not new.

That is the pricing for the Gloversville area.
