I heard recently on a Wholesaling Podcast that, Real Estate Agents are able to search for recent 'Cash Buyer' purchases through your MLS servicing database, is that true?

@Adanna Davis - YES, this is true, assuming your given RE Agent is aware of the process, as it may involve multiple steps. For example, here in Durham NC where I am, I can pull a "Terms of Sale = CASH" search, which returns 56 closed entries since 01/01/2019 > $100K. I can then push or export this list for use against Realist or the County Tax Site to learn the new owner for each address.
