@Chris Mooney sounds good, there is a meetup group on meetup.com “westchester real estate investors”. There is a facebook group with the same name too. It was orginally organized by Rachelle Rayner who just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, so I’m helping out. I plan to make it more active in the coming months so we’ll definitely connect Chris! Which hotel do you work for? My girlfriend works at the Roosevelt! There is also Darren Sager’s meetup in Manhattan the day before at the Roosevelt hotel, 5:30-9:30 if you have a chance to catch us there. Jake and Gino are speaking at that one!

If you are new to real estate investing or a seasoned veteran, all are welcome. We have a great group of people who attend this meetup and we are always looking to make new relationships.

Next month (Sept) plan on a speaker as we have done in the past. This month we will mingle, and introduce ourselves to the group and continue to mingle. It’s a great place to meet a local flipper, a local agent, a hard money lender, maybe a private lender!

We are about building relationships first and foremost. It’s amazing what goals you can achieve with the support of a great team. We are all building those teams together. The group will only become better with you there!

@Adam Cherko Update for tonight! The venue is going through some changes, there will be no food available and the bar will only be able to accept cash because their systems are down. I apologize for any inconvenience, and hopefully the networking and Darren’s presentation are reason enough to rough it!

Hi everyone, I am restarting these meet ups for our Westchester NY Real Estate Investors group. We will be meeting each month on the 4th Thursday. The group has taken a slight break and I wanted to help get us back together. There have been some great relationships made in this group. 

This month we will have Darren Sager from the Bigger Pockets Podcast show #48 presenting and discussing how to create a bullet proof lease and tricks to keep you ahead of the game. This is great for anyone who wants to be a buy and hold investor, is a buy and hold investor or syndicates deals! What you learn here could make the difference on how enjoyable your experience as a buy and hold investor is!

There will be networking before and after he presents. Cash bar and happy hour specials on drinks and food!

Sorry I hit post when I mean to move the curser! I meant to say, I got my license last year and each and every dale has reassured me how great it has been to have it. I started with Sotheby’s and they were taking half of my commission, I’m currently with a small broker where I get 70% and I will soon be with EXP Realty making 80% and have the ability to make 100%, with passive income potential and stock ownership. For the little time it takes to get more educated about process, the couple dollars to hold a license and the fees for maintaining it, one sale in your market will pay for years of those fees! Let’s talk more, I love having a license!
