This is a great thread, I am new to bigger pockets, I'm currently in New Rochelle and looking for a similar opportunity to both of you, @Matt Sullivan  and @Brian Bassano. 

@Jorge P., thanks for sharing your experience, I would love to share experiences, although, I don't have as much in the landlord world yet, I am a structural engineer and project manager for a large CM firm in Manhattan currently. I hope it's ok if I reach out to you three in the near future. It's great to know there are some like minded people very close by!
