I am a local New Rochelle investor and native born to New Ro. I’d love to connect, the more of us that get together the better off we all are. 

I have structural engineering and construction management experience. I just went full time real estate in August when I joined EXP. Call me any time, I cohost some of the investor meetups in westchester also, we had one last night, I wish we had connected before now.

It’s the best move I have ever made! 

I was part time and worked for two traditional brokerages while I was part time. I have since gone full time in August after starting with EXP. I can not express to you enough how great our systems and support are especially for someone who is part time. I happened to go full time for a few reasons, but with the access to meetings, trainings and being able to communicate with over 18,000 agents from the comfort of wherever you are makes me happy to recommend it to any agent who is not able to start full time right away. 

I am more than happy to have a more in depth conversation on the phone if you want, I could talk all day about the differences. At the end of the day, we all got our licenses to support our paths to financial independence. You need to ask yourself, what are these brokerages doing to structure that goal. I am sure you will see that the only one that actually gives you a structured path to that outcome is EXP, which is why I joined.

There are definitely some options! Really in all the places you mentioned. I’m happy to chat and learn a little more about your search and share some of my experience. Currently getting ready to have a client close a deal in Wappingers Falls, another in Yonkers and a 3rd in Mamaroneck, I have lived in New Rochelle most of my life. I also sent you a PM! I also have joined exp realty but up in NY. Part of my group is in Houston, and it’s an amazing experience. I worked at Sotheby’s when I started and had offers from Keller, weichert and LG Fairmont and I can say that there is no other brokerage that I have found that offers the support, ownership, expansion and earning potential that exp offers.

There is no doubt that new rochelle is very hot right now with all of the Developemnt, Yonkers in the areas we would want to be in and white pains as well. I do believe though there will be a valuable increase in demand for the properties along the new haven metro north line from New Rochelle east in the coming years with the additional metron north line. Mike, I cohost a meetup in Harrison every month, you should come and we can share some experiences!
