Hi everyone, I am restarting these meet ups for our Westchester NY Real Estate Investors group. We will be meeting each month on the 4th Thursday. The group has taken a slight break and I wanted to help get us back together. There have been some great relationships made in this group.
This month we will have Darren Sager from the Bigger Pockets Podcast show #48 presenting and discussing how to create a bullet proof lease and tricks to keep you ahead of the game. This is great for anyone who wants to be a buy and hold investor, is a buy and hold investor or syndicates deals! What you learn here could make the difference on how enjoyable your experience as a buy and hold investor is!
There will be networking before and after he presents. Cash bar and happy hour specials on drinks and food!
