Best brokerages for part-time real estate agents in PA

Good day everyone! Seeking some advice on RE brokerages that are part-time agent friendly.

My husband and I are real estate investors—we currently have a few rental units and aim to branch into BRRRs/flips soon. I’m two tests away from applying for my RE salesperson license in PA. My primary reason to get a license is to support our investment business. (And yes, I considered the pros and cons of being an agent/investor.) However, I’m not ready to leave my W-2 job for both career and cash flow reasons.

Hence my question – anyone out there in a similar situation who can recommend (or not recommend) Brokers active in PA that I should investigate given that I’ll be moonlighting for the foreseeable future? I’m open to virtual brokerages such as eXp and REAL as well as more traditional brokers such as REMAX and Keller Williams.

Thanks for your insights!

Lenore
