First Off hello and what a great site, I have posted a couple of things on here but mostly just read and read. My problem is I feel I am all over the place with where to dive into realestate. I have a full time job, a realestate license and some good contacts, but just seem to be all over in trying to fiqure out if i should try and wholesale, fix and flip list and sell. Sometimes I feel as though so much is going on that I cant focus on one thing. So that nothing is happening. I quess I can say I would love to be an agent for investors becasue, most agents I have delt with are greedy, where as I rather hit singles then a home run. So if any one has any good ideas for me please share and if a can help anyone please let me know Adam

Your best best is to become friends with the listing broker on these reo. Most REOs are listed by the same brokers in certain areas. The banks have their people who have been doing this for some time and I know of a couple of brokers that all their business is from REO.

What county in NY are you in

It depends where you are every state and even every county has different laws regarding evictions

I dont Know CA law but in NY the tenants can go to the court and ask for an order to show cause which is a stay to an eviction proceding. So if you are unsure seek an atty, so you dont get yourself caught up in anything.
