I use Ben Moore, Bone White in eco spec flat and it looks really nice. and Ben Moore ceiling white. The paint just covers nice.

jarrett how much is the eviction process where you are.

This goes for any landlord if the rent is late start the process. Ever state and county is different but do not wait trust me I have seen every case and the only one who loses is you the land lord.

You can do it, yes its harder you will not get as much up time at the office and you will lose clients that need you when you are at work. but you can work for friends or you can co list houses. I have a full time job and am an agent. I use it more for my investments but i have made some money with it and saved allot with having it. I feel its better to have it then not to.

I am on a flip now and would not quit my full time job. Yes it gets tough running from one to the other but I know I am getting paid every to weeks. The flip might take a little longer but you will learn how to quicken the process. Don't take an option off the table by quitting your job, figure out ways to add more just my thoughts.

hi Chris, I would buy the multifamily then keep your eye open for the single family. Joel always great one liners.

If i were going to make 5,000 on a flip, i would never do it. Way to many ways to lose money on those deals.
