I just used Ben Mors eco spec Bone White in flat for interior. I thinks it is an amazing color check it out. The price is not that much more then homecheapo maybe 15 bucks on a fiver.

this all depends on where you are located. The letter you are sending is a joke in NY. Most tenants laugh at that and wait for the marshall or sheriff.

Just started a flip in NY and the house insurance was $2,400 they said because its vacant. I felt this was high, is anyone paying less please let me know.

Mark, welcome bigger pockets, j scotts book on house flipping is a great book as I have read so many flip books. Also read as many post as poss there is so much info. I am on my second flip as we speak and so far so good. You being so handy is a great plus to start out with, you won't get burned. As you read and learn al,l deals just come down to numbers don't add emotions if the numbers work and your honest with them then the deal should work.

Been a while, but deal went threw with no problems
