3 day notice

so im giving a 3 day notice today friday,,,, so tuesday i will hit the phone book for an eviction attorney ,,, i guess they charge abt $400- 600 ,,,,at this point do you let the tennant make good or are they gone period ??!! after tuesday do they have to also pay the eviction attys feey to be caught up?/ do eviction attys have a lesser fee if it does not go too far ? :D
