Do all HELOC's have a variable interest rate?

Great Job and keep up the good work!

My wife and I are Realtors in Washington. We do good for ourselves but I find myself having some Spare time on a weekly basis and would like to do something that might be congruent to real estate. 

I know I can put more time into meeting with people and creating relationships, but I was curious if anyone else had some ideas of other things as well.

For Realtors that made it through the last housing Crash (not saying that's going to happen again) what are things you did to make it through till things started moving better again? I know if you make it through the hard times on the other end it will help you. Did you have to Pivot a bit into other things to sustain? 

We are still doing good right now, just preparing and looking for ideas if something does happen.

Have you ever dabbled into trailer park investing? If so what would the numbers have to be for it to make sense for each of you?

Presentation does matter but not to the point where you should get a new car. Frankly if you have 6 months of reserves you don’t have the means necessary. 

I would just bust my butt if I were you and think about that down the road when it’s even an option. Clean up the truck and park the good side where the client will see it!
