@rotchil Glad to hear! Spread the word. Were u aware that u can bundle your benefit with another vet and purchase an 8 unit or 3 vets for an 11unit (with commercial space)?

@Ali L. depends on what type of portfolio (are any of them tax title properties? purchased from county tax auction) because those are very common and are special.

I deal with one title company for those exclusively because they are the best at tax title, because they clear them like I cleared them, and they taught the landbank and other title agencies how to clear them,(eventhough some still don't know what they are doing)

@Vincent Patel SMART GUY! Detroit has best deals in the world. You already stated this! Anyone who isn't investing in Detroit now, I encourage them to continue to invest in the areas they are (more for us).
