Well you could also just send me $10 a month and I can post a few tidbits of wisdom each month for you. Wow, you could save 50%. ha ha ha

Seriously though I have never heard of them, and I am not even going to bother taking the time to look over their website.

Well, do you remember when you were born? Of course you don't, no one does, but you do remember when you were younger, had nothing, the only friends were the ones down the street or next door, etc.

Yet somehow you built an amazing life from it, right?

Well, guess what, you have been given the blessing of starting over and getting to change and/or right some fo the mistakes you made the first time around, because now you have some experience.

So, you did it once, now do it again! Just this time, it will be easier because you know you have people behind you!

So go and kick some butt and be a huge success. After all, success is the best revenge!

I don't think I have ever heard it called "Green Lettuce". That made me chuckle.

Well Melanie, (not a fellow hoosier but I am just a state to the west! Chitown!), if you need to learn, you have come to the right place. Read the articles and musings of the other members of this site. Be sure to not only educate yourself, but also to contribute to help others as well!

Dennis,

Welcome aboard the BP train! So things might not be going the way you had planned. Time to check back on the plan and re-evaluate your strategy some. Meet up with other local investors that are doing what you want to do and see what you can learn.

Of course, post and learn as much as you can here at BP. Josh really has established a fine online community. Can I just say, I really like the movie Invincable about Vinnie Papali. Oh and being from Chicago, I secretly cheer for McNabb (after all he is a chicago boy).

Well, you can file your entity incorporation docs. Then start applying to build credit in your company name. That way, you are well down the road to not having to use your own credit.

Putting together a biz plan is a solid thing as well.

I think you are lucky. So many people go off running and never develop a sound strategy to develop their business. It is best people just go into hiding and develop their business before launching off without direction.

Wow, you really think a Bowler or a pool player is an athlete?

Interesting. Here is the thing. I think a great athlete is someone that transcended their sport. He/She is someone that when you mentioned the sport their name was the first out. That their presence took the game/sport to an entirely new level.

1. Michael Jordan
2. Mohammed Ali
3. Jim Thorpe
4. Babe Ruth
5. Roger Federer
6. Tiger Woods
7. Wilma Ruldolph
8. Dale Earnhardt
9. Bill Russell
10. Brett Farve (will he ever miss a game or retire?)

Now, I would love to see not only the top 10 greats, but the top 10 that did the most harm to their sports.

1. Barry Bonds
2. Ben Johnson (the sprinter that was on roids)
3. Gaylord Perry (scuff the ball)
4. Tie Domi (did the man ever have more points then penalties in a season)
5. Mike Tyson
6. Continuing on ...Buster Douglass
7. Mark McGwire
8. Rafael Palmeiro
9. Sammy Sosa (this from a life long cub fan)
10. Pete Rose (sorry you bet, took you how long to admit it?)

---
11. I think this will haunt football soon enough - Bill Belicheck (video taping)

Welcome to the site. Great you are taking the first step into controlling your own destiny and future.

Gary has a ton of opportunities. I know many investors that work in that marketplace. In fact, I think they have a meeting over in Merrilville tonight.

Anyway, I am just across the border in Chicago, so feel free to contact me with any questions. I look forward to you being a great contributor here at Bigger Pockets. It is a great site!

This posting is officially my 200 post on Bigger Pockets. Wow, I feel like I need to get a life. No just kidding.

Seriously, great site and amazing that with 200 posts I am still not even in the top 30 of posters on this site right now.

Thanks Josh and the gang for having me here!

I am just curious if anyone on here is using the Series LLC. I know they started in Delaware and recently Illinois and I think Oklahoma adopted their use. Was just wondering if anyone had any experience in using them for investing.

I look forward to hearing some feedback.
