Woof Woof, Everyone! My name is Melanie (Bird Dog Melanie :whistle: !) and I'm excited to be here, learn and then help others when I become a pro. I have no connections to a real estate career in my past, so please hang with me while I learn! I've been hunting abandoned homes for the past week and love driving the communities and waving and smiling to dog walkers and happy school children.
