New from Philly

Hello, My name is Dennis. I have 4 years experience in Real Estate with 2 of those years as an agent and the last two flipping houses (somewhat succesfully). As I stated in the title, I am from Philadelphia. Currently I am self-employed flipping houses using investors for my funding but it is not working out the way I planned. I am an optimist (maybe too optimistic) and always looking for new ways to invest. Going forward, I would like to own 20-30 properties but as of now I have only the one where I rest my head at night.

I look forward to meeting some new people here and sharing some ideas. Thanks in advance because after going through some posts, I can already tell this will be a good experience.
