That's great! I never thought that DE had a great AirBnB market. Wrong! Another thing you could potentially look at is housing for traveling nurses. Wilmington/Philadelphia has a very robust healthcare market.

I would ask this question on the DelREIA FB group page. Better chance of finding local talent. Good luck.

@Jeffrey Clampitt

I am not sure if you have heard of DelReia, but I think your geographically targeted question would yield better results there. They have a group on FB full of Delawares finest.

@Jasmine Davis

I would do this the same way that companies do "free shipping." Increase your profit margin and pay for them yourself. Probably easier said than done. Good luck!

@Ryan Deasy

Great advice. I also have felt the decline of craigslist. It is still a great source for finding college students and traveling nurses looking to rent a room.

Chanel

I have done business with: https://www.wolfe-associates.com/

I bought a triplex last January and everything went pretty smooth.

Tell them that I sent you and I'll see them at the top of the year for another closing.

Good Luck!

I will have to look for that. I have read that the language barrier isn't as bad either. My current VA has written some questionable metadata and ads.

I have tried and will continue to try to make it easier to understand and assist with my digital marketing efforts. Take this example: I asked for him to put analytics on a site that I made. After talking with other BP members, we decided to not separate the sites and to build a brand. I ask for him to lace the new site with analytics. When I woke up, he said he was waiting on the login details. These sites are built on the same platform and he has access. I had to remind him that he already has access to the site. Screenshots don't work. Youtube Videos and articles that I send, mean nothing. Another example: I sent an article on negative keywords. He sent a logged out message saying that he has read the article and will avoid negative keywords.

I will continue to refine my approach for this month.

I am getting to the end of the rope with my current VA. Simple tasks are being misunderstood and/or done wrong. When I wake up, I have to check behind tasks that were performed and provide feedback. 75% of the tasks are done wrong or need more clarification. We aren't moving forward as fast as I would like to. My question:

Has anybody working with a digital marketing/seo virtual assistant that understands real estate. Some simple tasks include:

Logo/Image Resizing - Adwords - Analytics - On/Off-Site SEO - Small Video Editing (transcript words under video)

Help, Please.

@James Wise - Thank you. That's exactly what I'll go with. I spent a good amount of time doing research on the topic and there were valid arguments for both strategies. At the end of the day, I am building a brand and want to preserve as much of my time as possible to do deals #InRealLife. Putting out content for 4/5 different sites to segment my audience doesn't seem like something that I would enjoy. Websites have evolved and we can build "funnels" within the site for each lead. Thanks, again.
