Multiple Websites or All-In-ONE?

Question

BPI am looking over some templates for my websites and I found an all-in-one option. It would allow me to run my motivated seller program and build a list of end buyers. I also can solicit lenders. My question is this:Should I make the all in one site and link the domains & ads to their specific pages? Or...Should I build a distressed seller site, a turnkey operation site, and a lender/investor site? Thanks in advance for your input.

Folks the bottom line is there is no better brand building strategy then total transparency. Smoke and mirrors is not the recipe for long term success. Sales and brand building is about identifying a problem and quickly demonstrating to the masses exactly how your company can solve the problem. In a nutshell this is an easy 3 step process to sales below. Tell your potential client what you'll do to solve their problem.Do what you told your client you'd do to solve their problem.Tell the world how you did what you said you were going for your client and solved your client's problems.

What does wholesaling mean? Means you will assign the contract yes? We do not know what we will do yet UNTIL we look at the property, do all the numbers, and see the condition area etc., AND what the seller wants. We are not going to tell them from the start we are wholesalers because we rather buy the property ourselves first. We rather flip. If wholesaling is an option we surely will present it to the seller. If we think it is in the sellers best interest to wholesale we will mention it. So yep we are actually 100% transparent whether you want to believe me or not. See, people have the wrong impression about wholesaling. This is a fact. You tell them upfront you are wholesaling when the seller simply has the wrong idea what true wholesaling is, you will cause issues. This has nothing to do with not being 100% upfront. They simply have no idea what honest wholesaling is. Thats all man. Stop trying so hard to be right. This is no longer about helping the OP this is about measuring whose stick is longer. I just don't play that game. OK? If you want to be hating and argumentative, you will always find a reason to be so. It is not me that is wrong here, it is you that just want to be argumentative. Dishonest? Don't let the hate for the monkey make you read things that are not there bud. You do not mix the 2 because sellers have a bad opinion about wholesalers and what wholesalers are, much like you it seems. Yes a lot of wholesalers are doing it wrong. And now the wholesaling rep is ruined. That is why you talk wholesaling only when you are infront of the seller, or when you have them on the phone so there is live and immediate feedback to educate them on their options You do this so you can explain it to them making sure they understand and then you let them decide what they want to do. Please explain where the dishonesty is?! And as always, I show proof, From a seller We are 100% honest and transparent and then give them all options. We then leave it up to them to pick what they want us to do, and over 80% of the time they pick wholesaling. ;) So take the advice from someone that knows marketing, knows wholesaling.. or.. don't.. up to you. I do not recommend following the advice above. Acting in a dishonest or misleading way is the worst thing you can do when you are trying to build a brand.

Dude No!Seperate your cash buyers from your motivated sellers. This is a no brainer.Keep these 2 as FAR away from each other as possible. Do you see what crappy rep wholesalers have? If you want to be serious about generating leads and have the leads follow through with you, do not even give the slightest hint you are a wholesaler.We ONLY tell people we do .. do wholesaling when we can be in front of them in person to explain TRUE wholesaling.There are ways to tackle keeping the 2 on one website, but I would say just don't do it!

One site that includes everything your company does is how you would want to go about building a brand. If you are looking to build up multiple targeted mailing lists for individual products / services you'll want to create multiple landing pages to collect that data. Also referred to as squeeze pages.

@James Wise - Thank you. That's exactly what I'll go with. I spent a good amount of time doing research on the topic and there were valid arguments for both strategies. At the end of the day, I am building a brand and want to preserve as much of my time as possible to do deals #InRealLife. Putting out content for 4/5 different sites to segment my audience doesn't seem like something that I would enjoy. Websites have evolved and we can build "funnels" within the site for each lead. Thanks, again.
