I am getting to the end of the rope with my current VA. Simple tasks are being misunderstood and/or done wrong. When I wake up, I have to check behind tasks that were performed and provide feedback. 75% of the tasks are done wrong or need more clarification. We aren't moving forward as fast as I would like to. My question:

Has anybody working with a digital marketing/seo virtual assistant that understands real estate. Some simple tasks include:

Logo/Image Resizing - Adwords - Analytics - On/Off-Site SEO - Small Video Editing (transcript words under video)

Don;t blame the VA's so fast.

YOU need to do a how to write up a 3 year old shoul dbe able to follow,... note, I didn;t say "understand" I said "follow"

This is a must do taks if you ever want to scale and hire.

You write an elaborate clear visual how to guide on EVERY single thing there is to do in your business. And all you do is hand it to the VA. If the VA shows potential, you then explain the why's and hows of each task so she doesnt just follow the tasks but also understands.

I have just 1 VA. The first task I had for her is to hire 7 more. She is the boss, and the 7 other VA's work for her. NOT ME> I do not want to sit here and manage 8 people. I manage one, she manages the rest. She is a kickbutt rockstar VA, just 22 years old and she is just awesome. We over pay her big time so she stays with us. She does everything and is over delivering.

If she is happy, she will make ME happy! Start by finding motivated VA's, and start with making sure she/he is happy. The rest will fall in place!
