Has anyone worked with Connected Investors?

Has anyone worked with Connected Investors (https://cix.connectedinvestors.com)on a real estate deal? They say they some special "Pre-MLS" tool for its members. I'm not even certain what they mean by that. Is this some kind of scam?

Waiting for an answer here myself.  Saw the presentation, or a little bit of it, last night.  PiN seems too expensive and sounds like a "too good to be true" kinda thing.

@John Chason

Im taking the BP community silence as it’s probably some kind of scam.

Looking at their site, they appear to be a BP competitor.
