Any advice for those that are new to multifamily investing with no properties as of yet?

Brett, I'm in the same boat as you.  It's like "drinking from a firehose" with all of the information available.  I'm sure each coach has similar, yet different approaches to coaching.  I have defined what I need and will try to find "the best match" that will help me reach my goal.

I am looking for a coach that can provide the step by step education required, provide guidance on doing the first deal, provide favorable introductions for key connections and relationships, pass along potential deal flow, and possibly include themselves as part of my team to avoid the lack of experience issue.

Just like any investment, this requires a good amount of due diligence and should provide a decent ROI. Best wishes to everyone in their endeavors.

Has anyone owned both Apartments and a mobile home park with similar number of units/pads? Can you share your experience and which investment you prefer?

Waiting for an answer here myself.  Saw the presentation, or a little bit of it, last night.  PiN seems too expensive and sounds like a "too good to be true" kinda thing.

Given a "line by line" assessment of the necessary skills and resources to be a successful multifamily investor, how different can Michael’s program be from Rod, Joe, Gino, etc? Specifically relating to multifamily education.

Thanks Kyle!  My focus is multifamily as well.  Fairly new.  Still in the "education" phase.

Based on opinions of more experienced RE investors, who were the top investment educators in 2018?
