Hello Everyone,

My name is Jesse I am from So Cal and have been watching/following BP for a while. My brother and I are saving money at the moment so we can start investing. We plan to invest in Las Vegas because we have family in the area and it's not too far from us. We would like to buy a low end home through a wholesaler, put some elbow grease into it and rent it out. Anything we can not do we will get a contractor to do. We are new to Real Estate but always willing to work and learn. At the moment we don't know any Wholesalers and what is a good ball park price to save for our first buy.

@Jesse Sedeno welcome to BP! I would recommend buying a better quality home to put elbow grease into when the time comes. You will find that the better areas often times end up being more lucrative. Keep us updated on your journey!

I have saved money but I am afraid it is not enough to buy property that is not fixer upper and I am looking for connecting with someone to make the first purchase together by cobining resources.
