Hello Everyone,

My name is Jesse I am from So Cal and have been watching/following BP for a while. My brother and I are saving money at the moment so we can start investing. We plan to invest in Las Vegas because we have family in the area and it's not too far from us. We would like to buy a low end home through a wholesaler, put some elbow grease into it and rent it out. Anything we can not do we will get a contractor to do. We are new to Real Estate but always willing to work and learn. At the moment we don't know any Wholesalers and what is a good ball park price to save for our first buy.

Thank you all for all your input and knowledge ahead of time

Hi @Jesse Sedeno...welcome to BP and the investing game! I'm a Vegas native and invest in both Vegas and San Diego county. I would be happy to point you in the right direction here in our very competitive market. ROI for rentals in not as high here as what you can find in other markets but that doesn't mean that you cant make a working model here where you already might have boots on the ground. Reach out me at my contact information below and lets get you pointed in the right direction. Look forward to talking with you soon!
