Investing in Ohio...looking for connections

Hi. I am new to BP. Looking at buying multi-family investment properties in Cleveland Heights and need recommendations for good property management companies in the area.

Also, would like to know if and where I can find "Class B" properties under 100K in Ohio.

@Val Dantzler

I too am interested in the same thing.  Not sure exactly where in Ohio, but if you come across a good property management company/flipper/wholesaler I would love to piggyback some info off of ya!

@Val Dantzler @P.J. Bremner  I've been investing here in Northeast Ohio for 14 years.  I have a good property management company and can provide you with on and off market properties that meet your buying criteria.

Yes, you can still find "Class B" properties under $100k, but it is definitely getting more challenging with increased competition here.

Let's talk.

 Agreed! Even Euclid and South Euclid might work for you. Do some research! Might turn out great.

It's going to be VERY TOUGH finding any multi-families in B Class areas under $100,000 that are ready rent or don't need capital after closing.

I would say Euclid some area's are B but majority of it is C.
