Newbie in New Jersey
Hey everyone,
My name is Tom I'm from Monmouth County NJ. New to the site and to RE investing. Looking to get started with wholesaling first and progress to bigger investments like fix -n-flips. Hope to gain some support and knowledge from the site. Look forward to meeting you all.

Welcome to BP. Always great meeting local investor. I would check out some of the local REIs in the area. This is where you will meet a lot of great local contacts. Also don't forget to ask a lot of questions the BP community is great for sharing experiences and opinions. If you have any extra deals looking to wholesale I always looking for another project.
