I enjoyed The Due Diligence Handbook for Commercial Real Estate by Brian Hennessey.  Also Principles of RE Syndication by Samuel Freshman.  Good luck let me know if you find any other good ones.

@Michael D. I have been using Alpha Fundings https://www.alphafunding.com/ for the last 8 years.  @Matthew Weber is the guy to reach out to and discuss your project or your business plan.  They are a great resource.  Definitely, if you are ready to buy speak to them get pre-qualified because that will be one less thing you have to worry about when you do find that property. Once you get a property under contract all they have to do is look at the property numbers and not you as the borrower anymore. Make the process quicker.
