I have been using Alpha Fundings https://www.alphafunding.com/ for the last 8 years.  @Matthew Weber is the guy to reach out to and discuss your project or your business plan.  They are a great resource.  Definitely, if you are ready to buy speak to them get pre-qualified because that will be one less thing you have to worry about when you do find that property. Once you get a property under contract all they have to do is look at the property numbers and not you as the borrower anymore. Make the process quicker.
