New Member from NH
Hey Everyone,
I am an experienced bigger pockets blog reader but new member to the site. I am a mid twenties entrepreneur from Manchester, NH who is looking to build a real estate portfolio. I currently own and operate my own Recruiting Agency and have been for the past 4 years, enthralled by the real estate market. I currently own and reside in a single family fixer that I bought last year and fixed up. I am interested in getting into buy and rent of single and multi family properties. Anyone in the NH area I would love to connect!!

@Lucas Croteau Welcome to BP! I'm a multi-family investor in Manchester. Check out the podcasts under the "Learn" menu.
Additionally, I recommend attending several of the local investor meetings. Great places to network with local investors!

Meanwhile, through your current business, if you come across any experienced and motivated tradespeople looking for a full-time W-2 gig, I'm currently looking to hire another person for maintenance on our portfolio and renovation of new acquisitions.

Hi Lucas,
Welcome to Bigger Pockets. I discovered BP a while ago but didn't really get involved until recently. I'm sorry I waited so long to "plug in". BP is an awesome resource.
I too am a cash flow investor. I have been a landlord since 1982 and I have also flipped a fair numbers of homes over the years.
A couple of years ago I discovered the "paper" side of the real estate investment world. I purchased my first Mortgage Note. I have been actively acquiring Notes since that time.
I like the the passive nature, the safety and the cash flow that I receive from Performing Mortgage Notes. I still own "brick & mortar" real estate but my end game is to be 100% in paper at some point.
Check out my profile & let's chat sometime.
GO BP!!!!
