Hello everyone im Carlos from San Bernardino California. New to the site, I just finished the free ebook "guide to real estate investing" I'm interested in rehabing for the quick flip. Going the hard money way. A long long time ago I wanted to become an appraiser so I do have some schooling for that just never finished it. passion and desire wasn't up there not like it is now. So I found a mentor on Craigslist turns out to be a broker also. Told him my ideas and offers me to be a dog-bird for his investors to earn extra money meanwhile I work towards my goals as a rehaber. I'm so happy, i see it as a foot in the door!
