Hello everyone im Carlos from San Bernardino California. New to the site, I just finished the free ebook "guide to real estate investing" I'm interested in rehabing for the quick flip. Going the hard money way. A long long time ago I wanted to become an appraiser so I do have some schooling for that just never finished it. passion and desire wasn't up there not like it is now.
