 It doesn't make sense. I wouldn't make a business decision based off of what one Realtor said. Because there is a good chance they have no clue what they are talking bout.

I would tell my former self to read GOALS! by Brian Tracy. Great book to help build a success mindset and helps get rid of those self-limiting beliefs. 

@Kevin Howe I get deals in the SGV area on a regular basis. Are you open to other areas around Altadena as well? e.g. Pasadena, Arcadia, Sierra Madre
