Anyone in the Fayetteville NC area?
Hi everyone-
Just wanted to pop in and introduce myself. Just graduated college last year with a nursing degree, and have long been interested in building net worth and also working for myself through real estate.
Moved from Chicago to NC for a nursing job, and am now researching what it will take to make an educate leap into the world of real estate investing.

Dylan Grieve Hi Dylan! I am stationed overseas, but have a couple if rentals in the US, one of which is in Sanford. I am actually working in the area here until May. I will be back in Fayetteville next week if you'd like to get together for coffee/lunch. I will shoot you a PM.

@Dylan Grieve , welcome to BP! I currently stay in Goldsboro which is about 45 minutes away from Fayetteville. I'm going to start trying to virtual wholesale once I get back overseas and a partner with eyes on ground would be a great help. Hopefully we can talk sometimes and put these great minds to use!
