Anyone a super host on Airbnb?

I meet the requirements to become a super host as a host for Airbnb and was just wondering does it really change a lot as far as revenue?  The only reason I ask this is because I plan on automating my Airbnb business and hiring evolve to manage the listings.  The only problem is that evolve lists my places under their own profiles, which means I would lose my superhost status.

As far as I am aware if Evolve is the host you being a Superhost is no longer part of the equation

I believe you'll have Superhost until the next quarter when  you'll no longer meet their criteria (because the listing will have moved under the Evolve umbrella).  While I'm a superhost, I don't find it particularly useful or beneficial.

Word of advice -- watch Evolve's pricing and make sure they manage it to your liking.  We've taken on some folks from there and found they haven't done the best job staying on top of things.

I didn't see any uptick in revenue from superhost status initially. Reviews & ratings matter more

I am a Super host om Airbnb but, but more importantly  I am a Premier Host on VRBO. That's where I make the money, but don't tell anyone. I'd prefer the rest of you to just think Airbnb is the only place you need to be.

@Ryan Kawash, I don't think that you get much from Evolve for that 10% IMHO.

It's very market dependent. If I had to rely on VRBO for bookings in cleveland I would starve to death.

SuperHost and Premier Host. Didn't see a single bit of difference from either one to be honest. As was said, it's all about reviews and ratings...which means be hospitable and friendly...and keep your place spotless....!

@Ryan Kawash yes I’ve been a super host for years. It’s only really come in handy when dealing with the Airbnb support if I have an issue with a guest. I’m sure it matters to some people, though it’s not really a decision point for them to book it’s all about the space.

@Ryan Kawash yes Superhost status on AirBNB has turned into a joke really. I never saw any particular benefit. You get a barely visible corny looking medal next to your name and supposedly a Superhost only customer service number which in the past I’ve sat on hold longer than I did on the standard customer service line. Sure, people can put Superhost as a search parameter but if your place is good enough it’s like everyone else mentioned, it’s about the reviews.

I am a superhost on AirBnb.  I'm not sure it matters all that much, but hard to tell.
