To the San Diego folks,
I'm thinking about coordinating a RE meetup in Carlsbad specifically for buy and hold multi family investors. If you already have several properties under your belt, investing locally or even better nationally, I want you part of this meetup. The objectives are to network, share our experience in different markets, share resources, drive and motivate each other, provide support when things get tough, discuss scaling strategies, maximizing your portfolio, and hanging out once a month. Let me know if you're interested. First meeting will be in January.

Please count me in too. I want to bring my bosses. I keep asking them to sign up on BP but they are too busy. I hope if I can get them to a meet and greet they will see it's really worth their time.
I am interested in attending the meeting. I own a duplex in the SDSU College Area and am interested in purchasing more multi-unit properties.

Folks who aren't yet property owners, we've got another meetup the following week and all are welcome. This months is more focused on a flip but there is great networking and information available.
To all you San Diego buy and holders, we have another meetup scheduled for Saturday. PM me for more information. For this meet up, you need to currently own rentals. I may open it up to others when I find a big enough room to accommodate us for free.
