@Linda S. Exactly. Thats why I won't pay another dime to BP until they start listening to their members and get things done that shouldn't be so hard. I am an IT professional so I know this can be done fairly easy these days. Heck there are high school kids that are coding these days and could write something to create an iPad app. They just don't seem to care too much on what the members needs are.

@Linda S. I gave up asking about this. I have been asking for over 2 years and they haven't done a thing about it. They just don't seem to care. They have the app for the phone so it shouldn't be that hard to make one for the iPad but they just won't put forth the effort and make it happen. I give up and won't renew my pro membership until they start listening to us little people.

Well once again another year has gone by and another major Apple update and STILL no iPad support. Does BP not care about their members and the growing technology? What is it going to take? This is not rocket science people. I mean we give you a lot of money to be members. Can’t you catch up with the times for us?

Post: How to become a lender though 401k funds

So I will have about $100k in a solo 401k to invest with. I am wondering what the process is to become a lender and how much I would be able to make in doing so. And I don't want my money to be tied up too long so I can continue to invest or lend on a regular basis.

And what are the advantages and drawbacks in doing this?

Even though I won't make that much driving for Uber, can I just put whatever I make directly into my solo401k as a contribution?

@Paul B.,

I just signed up to drive for Uber. I figure I will just do one quick fare every week or 2 just so I get a 1099 at the end of the year. And I can network a little bit that way..... :-)

@Mindy Jensen, @Brandon Turner, @Joshua Dorkin,

Well iOS doesn't work then. I have has this app for a year and a half and the latest update was 10/2016 and it's never worked for me and I have had a couple different iPhones in the last year.

I guess we all just need a computer and internet access to get all the features of biggerpockets. Someday BP will catch up to the age of mobility. iPads included...... :-)
