Looking for a rental agent and boots on the ground to help

So I have some assets in the Memphis area and I want to self-manage from afar due to lack luster property management handling. I am looking for an agent to do the following.

1. Market the home

2. Get a qualified tenant based on thorough check

3. Place lock boxs on the property and get rekeys done. 

4. 6-12 month pop by to check on the property (paid for each pop by)

@Jason Sousa Why would you fire a PMC, then hire an agent to find & screen tenants?

What are you going to do about their obvious conflict of interest?
- You are giving them approval authority and will pay them for Placement, when they have zero repurcussions if the tenant they placed doesn't perform!

Your better off just hiring a property manager for this. I would never recommend self managing out-of-state.

 I would screen the tenant as well. I do appreciate you commenting though.
