You ever ride your bike through a neighborhood and see a Pitbull on the other side of a fence and think to yourself "I don't want no problems with that big fella."
That is Jordan in the real estate market.
I was using another realtor and had put in up to 30 offers in Memphis! Only two ever countered. I let Jordan put one offer in for me and we closed on it in two weeks. He was relentless with information and constantly letting me know where we stood in the process. Something I didn't know I was missing with my previous realtor.
I met Jordan on bigger pockets and I was weary at first, being that Jordan had experience but did not have as much as my other agent. This guy makes me feel bad for typing that I even doubted him because he far exceeded my expectations and made me realize that I actually have a partner in this market instead of just a realtor. I am an out of state investor and if your in need for a realtor that can get the job done while having fluid communication then this is your guy. Like my title says, Jordan is a DAWG!!
