Some of you had asked me for the questionnaire I had prepared for calling portfolio lenders. I had to go through a lot of my old files to find this one. I haven't had to use it for a very long time, but I hope someone finds it helpful.

Good, #13 might be minimum loan, to a borrower a lender won't have much of a restriction on a maximum as they can begin getting affiliate or participating lenders, folks here won't hit a maximum, you can get stuck by the minimum.

In lower cells, you might add:

ARMS

Index

Margin

Cap rate adjustment

Floor/ceiling

Balloon
