Looking for my first deal.
I am finally over my analysis paralysis (I hope). I can see the numbers and a deal structure that'll work for me and have heard of several people doing it already. How do I meet people in my area to be able to discuss working on my first deal
A great to find other investors in your area is to attend local real estate meetups. Not sure if you are going to find an experienced real estate investor who is going to discuss your first deal though; you might want to offer something to them for their assistance.

@Timoteo Merlos Congrats on working on your first deal! I work for a full-service brokerage in DFW and my team has experience with working with first-time investors. Would love to connect and see how we can help you close your first deal!

Please check you DM
Social media is an excellent place to meet people willing to help. Just engage on his or her IG/Twitter/LinkedIn. If you prefer being more low key, find a house you want and call the number on the sign.

Try to attend your local REI networking groups and meetups. Connect with as many real estate investors as you can, join social media groups. You can also consult with lenders, brokers and ask them for suggestions on who might be a good real estate mentor most will be able to provide one.
