I am finally over my analysis paralysis (I hope). I can see the numbers and a deal structure that'll work for me and have heard of several people doing it already. How do I meet people in my area to be able to discuss working on my first deal

Rather than ask if the Dallas/Fort Worth area is a good market to invest in can anyone point to good resources or show me how to do my own in depth market analysis. I figure the whole teach a man to fish metaphor hits here and I'd rather learn some market analysis than jump on here and constantly ask if the market I'm looking into is good
