Hey BP Community!
Was just talking with a prospect and she has some properties down in the Houston area. Unfortunately, my company only services the DFW area but would love to pass the referral along! Message me with your recommendations.

Update. I’ve had about 5 showings so far, some of the feedback has been opted for a bigger house, theres construction still going on around the place, and another was they were looking for a bigger yard.
I am gradually coming down on my price as I am seeing and comparing more to what is comparable in the market.
More updates to come.
Hi Luis! It may be worth a talk with a property management company. They have more resources and sites to blast your property on as well as more accurately price with what the market is bearing. Hope this helps! Beautiful home!!

Most PMC's would probably do this, as it's no different then taking over an occupied rental.
Guessing though, you want to go super cheap? Then a traditional PMC won't be a good fit for you.
What do you envision if the tenant you screened and placed, stops paying rent?
If you hired us, we would charge you for handling an eviction as we didn't create the problem.
Wouldn't this be the same as me calling an eviction specialist/ eviction attorney and paying them to take care of the eviction?
Hi Greg, you would need to look through your agreement with the property management. Part of the many benefits to hiring a PM is that they take care of evictions and save you money in the process. Our company offers additional eviction protection at a fair rate so you can customize your protection.

Hey all,
I need to get my STR set up and was hoping to get some help from someone who's done this before. Just west of DFW, but I'm at DAL all the time.
Let me buy you a beer / coffee while I ask some questions!
Thanks,
Ian
Edit: Apparently I don't know how to grammar with my title 🤦
Hi Ian! I work for a PM group that helps set up and manage STR. Would love to connect and see how we can be of service for you.
