Does anybody have any success stories with using the VA Renovation loan in terms of creating lots of equity in the home and/or being able to Cashflow more per month by charging tenants market rent after renovations?

Hi! Do any portfolio lenders do the 3-5% owner occupant loans, or avoid them since they keep loans in house?
