Hi BP, I've been trying to line up a bank before I pull the trigger on a property to implement the BRRR method. I've literally called 25 to 30 banks and all of which have said no, cannot refinance under 6 months. I have have tried small banks, credit union and bigger banks. The only banks who have said yes are the national lenders such as visio, corevest etc. Whom have higher rates. I understand the delyaed financing and rate and term options but that wouldnt make sense if I'm doing a refi based on the new LTV. Waiting the 6 months only allows me to do 2 properties a year which will take me a long time to reach FI! Any suggestions? How are investors buying 2 to 3 a month let alone a year? Thanks! Ryan
